How Oakline pays suppliers in 14 countries with one approval

The challenge

Oakline sources from makers across Europe and Asia. Each supplier run meant a different bank portal, a different cut-off time and a spreadsheet to track what had actually been paid.

The solution

Supplier payments now go out as a single batch from multi-currency balances. Rates are locked at approval and every supplier receives a remittance email automatically.
